THESIS SUPERVISION
Every semester
I have multiple thesis projects open for supervision. The projects relate to the idea that just as we all want different things, organizations also have multiple contested purposes. A common sense idea that tends to lack theoretical work. The specific projects relate to the semiconductor industry, Youtube content creation, and Hydrogen generation.
INNOVATION, CREATIVITY AND PERSONALITY TRAITS
2016-2020 at ETH Zürich
I was the teaching assistant for this course taught by Daniella Laureiro and Stefano Brusoni. The course provides objective psychometric feedback to the students and guides them in the process of managing change in their careers. It includes industry lectures and a design thinking module where action plans are ideated and prototyped.
