ACADEMY CO-ORGANIZER ATÂ THE CARNEGIE SCHOOL OFÂ ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING
Together with Emanuel Ubert, I organized the first CSOL Academy. in 2022. Our goal is to maintain a record of why the foundational ideas of the Carnegie School mattered and the process of how they came to be.
During it's three instantiation, (2022, 2023, and 2024), a total of 30 top scholars have presented their work to over 200 participants.
Together with Franziska Lauenstein, Dong Nghi Pham, and Amy Zhao Ding, I am now organizing the 2026 edition.
IG&C MEMBER AT THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SOCIETY
I was an inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee member at SMS from 2022 to 2024.

Since 2025, I have been a Global Representative at Large for the Behavioral Strategy Interest Group.
​
In both roles, I have brought my attention to topics of diversity and representation in this community.
