Hi! My name is Jose ("ho-SE") and I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Amsterdam Business School.

I am a physicist and engineer by training and social scientist by trade.

My research studies the links between strategic decision making and organization design.

I explore the relationship between diversity and artificial intelligence systems in the design of resilient and sustainable organizations.

​

Specifically, how organizations harness the worldviews of their members. Worldviews that come from the diverse lived experiences of their members and the dynamics of technological evolution.
